Country Hotel: Character25 km. from Alba, this lovely eleven room hotel is a place rich in tradition and with a completely relaxing ambience. Located in Castiglione Tinelle (a village of 900 inhabitants), this is an area full of vineyards - the grapes from which Moscato d'Asti and Asti Spumante are grown here. Surrounding the hotel is a pretty garden and a terrace where you can enjoy a glass of these classic wines. The eleven rooms are all ensuite, with spacious bathrooms, and have air conditioning, phone, modem, minibar, safe, satellite television, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobes. Villa La Borghetta was a watchtower in the 14th century and it is now a delightful hotel with eighteen elegant guestrooms. The location is 32 km. from Tuscany, in the hills, and with lovely views.
Agroturismo Il Melograno is located in the soft rolling hills of southern Marche. The Agriturismo has five guestrooms (four double and one single) all skilfully restored while retaining many of the original features and character of a listed building built in the 18th century.
