Situated just 4 km from the center of Florence, is this beautiful 18th century Villa with three apartments, set on four acres of land filled with olive trees. The apartments have a private swimming pool. The newly renovated apartments are a pleasing blend of traditional architecture and modern convenience, with exposed timber ceilings and tile floors. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms with shower or bath, tv/dvd players. The apartments each have a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue is available in the garden. (Note that utilities are not included in the price of the apartment during month long stays.) The villa is situated in Castello, an area of great historical importance, on one of Florence's amazing hills. From the property you can enjoy a panoramic view of all of Florence. Guests are welcome to stroll through the Villa's own olive grove to enjoy views of the Villa Petraia and vistas of the Arbo Valley and the city of Florence. The utilities are not included in the price of the apartment during month long stays. We also offer three beautiful apartments in the Castello area, on one of Florence's amazing hills. The apartments are situated a 10-15 minutes walk from the bus-stop, and the bus into the city center takes 15-10 minutes. Buses pass by regularly every ten minutes all day.

Cooking classes are organized at the Villa (3 euros per person for a two hour lesson). Dinners can be arranged with prior notice. Castello is in an area of great historical significance and natural beauty. Enjoy walking in the countryside and visiting the nearby Villas of Petraia and Bel Riposo.

Cancellation Policy:
If the reservation is cancelled 3 months or more prior to arrival the deposit is refunded. If cancelled 2 month to 1 month prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded. If cancelled 1 month or less prior to arrival the deposit is not refunded.
