In low season for stays of 3 nights or more, the hotel will offer a 10% discount and for stays of 5 nights or more, they will offer a 15% discount. 50% deposit required upon reserving.
APARTMENT: There is a 3 nights minimum say in apartment bookings during Low and Mid seasons and a 7 nights minimun stay in High season. Note: heating and air conditioning to be paid locally, based on consumption. Set in the soft rolling hills of southern Marche, Il Melograno offers its guests a tranquil and beautiful setting. The Agriturismo has four double bedrooms and one single, all restored retaining many original features and character of a listed building built in the 18th century. All rooms are en-suite, non smoking and with independent heating. In the grounds guests can relax by the secluded and panoramic swimming pool and enjoy a variety of activities whilst taking in the views of hilltop villages and the breathtaking backdrop of the Sibillini mountains, or walk and explore the 28 acres on the farm. The house is quietly nestled in the centre of 28 acres and is surrounded by a recent forestation project started in 2001, with over 4000 trees planted to date. The trees, of many different species, were choosen to attract birds, and thus create a peaceful and natural oasis for guests enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required upon reserving. The balance is required 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total amount of the booking will be charged by the hotel and the balance will be refunded. If cancelled 59 days to 40 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged and the remaining amount refunded. If the booking is cancelled 40 days or less prior to arrival, no refund is given. In case of an early departure or no show, no refund is given.
