Antica Dimora Firenze is located near the Renaissance Palazzo Pandolfini, and is a lovely old Florentine House. All bedrooms, individually designed with careful attention to detail, have pastel coloured walls, hand-woven linen and precious silk fabrics. The bathrooms are oil painted or in Carrara marble. All rooms have direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with DVD, modem connection, air conditioning, safety box, mini-bar, hairdryer. The four-poster beds, antique furniture, cotto floors all combine to create a relaxed ambience and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is served in the lounge, where a great selection of books, magazines and films are at the guests' disposal. In the afternoon, after your cultural visits or shopping, enjoy a cup of tea in the lounge. There are many restaurants in the area and it is ideally located for visiting Florence's many attractions. The Antica Dimora also has an apartment for guests, La Casa del Mercato (for 2 adults and 2 children). This is a typical Florentine apartment (35 mq) on the ground floor, situated in the historical center in the Santa Croce area (the older part of Florence), next to a local market place. There is good shopping nearby, , night-life, restaurants, cafes, and next to the famous Trattoria and Ristorante Cibreo and five minutes walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. The apartment has 1 double room, small living-room area with a sofa/double bed, bathroom, air conditioning, kitchen and a court-yard/garden where one may eat outside. Check-in time for the apartment: from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The last four photographs above show this apartment.

Meal Information
Breakfast, with gourmet cakes and jams, is served in the lounge, where also books, magazines and a selected film library (DVDs) are at the guest’s disposal. There is no restaurant here but many in the vicinity.
Notes Free wireless and Free lap top service for all Guests. Check in must be before 7pm. After 7 nights stay the hotel requires that 20% from the total amount be paid in advance by credit card or bank transfer. The hotel's reception is open from 8:30 am to 20:00 pm. Florence city centre is a traffic-restricted area. There are 3 parking possibilities in the neighbourhood: 1) a private garage, called "Ricasoli", about 150 met. away from the residence at the price of 20 Euro for 24 hours (via delle Mantellate, 2) public garage "Parterre", about 450 m. far away from the residence at the price of 18 Euro for 24 hours. Both garages are covered and guarded. 3) "S.Orsola" garage would pick your car up directly from the residence at 22 Euro a day.
