In the heart of Chianti, between Radda and Gaiole, immersed in beautiful natural surroundings, and just a few minutes from the famous castles and hamlets of the area, is the pretty, small hotel Ultimo Mulino. The Hotel, originally a Medieval Mill, has been carefully restored respecting its original historical structure, while at the same time allowing for all the modern amenities and comforts of a good small hotel. The architect has done a wonderful job of incorporating various parts of the original mill into a unique and stunning interior in the entrance hall/breakfast room. The rooms are very comfortable with some original walls from its earlier life as a mill, and with some peaceful countryside views. The Ultimo Mulino has a small restaurant with a rustic/country feel offering guests typical Tuscan specialties and top level wines. This is a small, but sophisticated little inn, which we found very pleasant.

Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% of the reservation required by the hotel upon confirmation. If cancelled 15 days prior to arrival day, no penalty the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled from 14 to 10 days prior to arrival day, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled from 9 to 5 days prior to arrival day, 25% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled from 4 to the arrival day, there will be no refund.
