Just 200 metres from the beach at Garda Lake, in a splendid position sloping down towards the Lake, Villa del Sogno is a romantic "fin de siècle” villa surrounded by a large centuries-old park, planted with tall trees and flowering gardens with a superb terrace overlooking the azure water of Lake Garda that has enchanted travellers from all over the world. Built in 1904 by the Viennese silk industrialist Maximlian Heydweiller in a neoclassical style, today it is an exclusive and welcoming location in which the rooms and the suites, all furnished in different ways, offer the most modern comforts. The suites have antique furniture, valuable carpets, majolica, large Central European paintings: the flavour of Austria at the turn of the 19th century. There is a restaurant "Il Sogno" which serves high-standard cuisine. There is also an American Bar on the Terrace, an open-air swimming pool, tennis court, private car park, sauna, solarium and whirlpool.
