There is a 2 night minimum stay during weekends and 3-4 night minimum during holidays. This property requires your estimated time of arrival prior to confirming your reservation, they don´t have a 24 hr reception. Payment by cash only for one-night bookings & promotions Located on one of the seven hills of Rome and only 300 metres from the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain and Colosseum, the Relais De Charme, licenced by APT of Rome 1st Class DeLuxe, has quiet and exclusive rooms on an upper floor of an historic building (4th and 2th floor with a big elevator ), mini-fridge-bar free in every rooms, and fridge free in the breakfast area with water, fruit juice, yogurt, butter, milk and other. All the rooms inside "66 Imperial Inn", 1st Class DeLuxe, are with private bathrooms with Jacuzzi hydromassage cabin-shower and furnished of: linea bathroom(shampoo,soap, hair dryer etc..), air conditioning, digital safe-box, mini-fridge free, TV, Cable-TV, Radio, WI-Fi free Connection, daily cleaning service, change of the linen of the bedroom and the bath, every 3 days.. The price including breakfast, Free-bar and taxes. All rooms finely furnished and with every comfort. The inn is well located for visiting the important historic monuments of Rome - just 200 metres from the Via Veneto. There is no restaurant at this small hotel, but there are many in the vicinity and the staff will be happy to make reservations for you and give you advice on the best places to visit. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY AT THIS INN. When making your reservation, please advise approximate arrival time. Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and if you plan to arrive outside those hours, you must make prior arrangements. There is no check-in after 8 p.m.

Notes 300 meters only from Spanish steps and 300 meters from the Main StationTermini (see the map). In area there are 2 important basilic in Rome: S.Maria degli Angeli frontal Station (built by Michelangelo Buonarroti) and S.Maria Maggiore (4th century). There are two airports that serve Rome: Ciampino airport and Rome Fiumicino Airport.

From the 3rd day: 100% of the total stay will be deducted. No show: 100% of the total stay will be deducted. For non-agreed early departures (24 hours from checkout) you would be asked to pay for the night (for the nights remaining)

The staff was very helpful and the location was excellent. We were able to walk to almost all of the sights.
Didn't Like:
Overall, it was clean but it was in great need of renovating, i.e. worn carpets, worn paint. It could also use screens on the windows. We had to leave our window open at night and the mosquitos were very bad. The breakfast was fair but they could have had some fresh fruit.”
