Torre Coccaro was built in the 16th century, and is now a five-star hotel, a relaxing oasis of tranquillity. In the courtyard, a pretty chapel, from 1730, was once visited regularly by the people from the nearby fishing village of Savelletri, who still come once a year to honour the patron Saints of the area. The old haylofts are now beautiful rooms with silk-covered sofas, chandeliers, big mirrors and a fireplace. There is a little lake among the olive trees and palms, perfect for a refreshing swim and the Cabana snack bar offers fresh lunches and barbecued delicacies. The wonderful Suite of the Orchard is in its own grotto, with its own secret garden and a little private pool. There are thirty three rooms with their own small gardens, elegant and spacious. In the rooms inside the old tower there are little spy-windows through which are glimpses of the blue sea. The junior suite is in the big cave and is very exotic. There is an Aveda spa in the caves, and a Hammam (turkish bath). Skin and hair care, Aurveda, Thai, Shiatsu and Reiki are offered. The restaurant Egnathia under the arched ceiling serves traditional Apulian specialties and creative Mediterranean cuisine. In the evening enjoy drinks at the Bar Il Frantoio under the old Roman columns or in front of the fireplace in the haylofts. Only 800 metres away there is a golf course Golf Club Egnathia (can be reached by the hotel shuttle bus) which is a beautiful 18 hole course. There is cooking school in the hotel.

The hotel has a restaurant in Masseria and another one in their Beach Club (with Sushi Bar). Mediterranean and tipical Apulian dishes.
Notes Health Club, cooking school, olive oil production. There are interesting excursions and sightseeing tours that can be arranged from the hotel. Bike to the seaports. Visit the baroque town of Marina Franca, the White town of Ostuni, the Castellana Caves, Conversano and Monopoli with their castles and ancient villages.
