Staying in a castle hotel in Italy is a magical experience, especially when it is in the heart of one of the foremost wine and gastronomic areas in the world, the spectacularly beautiful Le Langhe in Piedmont. Le Langhe is to Italy what Bordeaux or Burgundy are to France. It is the epicenter of fine wine production and home to the prized Alba white truffle. Le Langhe has become the most prestigious food and wine area in Italy - an essential place to stay for wine & food lovers. Hotel Castello di Sinio is ideally situated, very close to the most interesting sights, wineries and restaurants, yet hidden away in a lush, tranquil setting. Near Barolo, Alba or Asti, Hotel Castello di Sinio is a very special place that captures the true spirit, character and beauty of Italy - with modern necessities like free wi-fi access, air conditioning, modern bathrooms and direct dial phones. The spirit of the early medieval period is in every room: many of the original materials have been retained or reused and the stone and ancient wood is throughout the castle. The castle has an elegant yet warm ambience: the finest damask has been used for curtains and bedspreads, all linens and towels are exclusively Frette, and personal amenities were designed by Laura Tonnato. Beds are all extra large with double mattresses and are fitted with down comforters, one for spring and one for winter. All rooms have large private bathrooms with spacious glass shower stalls, beautiful stone tiles and modern fixtures. The restaurant is open from Wednesdays to Saturday evenings by advance reservation only. We recommend making dining reservations when you book your room. There are also a number of restaurants nearby.

The Hotel has a Restaurant. Weekdays, 4 course manu is offered. Friday & Saturday, Gourmet Piemontese ala carte menu. Ala Carte, plates from 12 Euros to 55 Euros for ull menu.

Notes Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Check-out time is by 11:30 am. Stay during the Alba Truffle fair, accommodations for the Bra cheese festival, SlowFood Salone del Gusto in Torino or rooms in Asti during their Palio di Asti, Hotel Castello di Sino is perfect.
Cooking Lessons: Classes are booked and start at 5:30 pm each weekday.

If cancelled later than midnight of the night 72 hours before scheduled arrival 50% of the reservation will be charged by the hotel. For reservations of 3 nights or longer, or 3 rooms or more, 75% of the reservation will be charged. In case of no show or early departure for any reason, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
