In a splendid scenic position on the Bay of Naples, among the citrus groves, is hotel Villa Oriana, a wonderful place for exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. This is a casual, family-run hotel with a friendly ambience. The house, with four floors, has its own private parking. This comfortable, economical inn in the San Agnello area is a perfect base for discovering the artistic and natural wonders of the area. The friendly owners will be happy to suggest excursions, performances and local food and wine highlights. Villa Oriana has spacious, bright rooms and the elegant "Orange Tree" Suite. Each room has its own personality and all have floors in Neapolitan terra cotta, antique walnut furniture, marble bathrooms and handmade Greek frets. All the rooms are doubles, with the possibility of adding a third and fourth bed, and are equipped with top quality comforts like air conditioning, minibar, direct dial phone, TV, hairdryer, Internet connection and private bathroom with a shower and/or bathtub. The public areas are all inviting and pleasant: the comfortable sitting room, equipped with satellite TV, VCR and stereo, is an ideal spot for relaxing after a day exploring the area, while the splendid Mediterranean garden which surrounds the villa is great for pleasant walks amidst the scents of the blooming bushes and citrus trees. On the hottest days there is a panoramic swimming pool which is located only 50 meters from the Villa. Entrance is free for Villa Oriana guests. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Sorrento centre.

Notes By car or train it is possible to quickly reach spots like Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Mount Vesuvius, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The short distance that separates Villa Oriana from the harbor in Sorrento, also makes it possible to try the unique experience of a hydrofoil ride to Ischia and Capri, the pearls of the Bay of Naples. Capodichino airport is 2 hours away by bus.
