Houses must be rented from Saturday to Saturday. Weekend rates available for low and mid season. Deposit of 30% required upon booking and a damange deposit of 130 Euros must be paid upon arrival. A hidden treasure in the heart of Tuscany, in the area of Castiglion Fiorentino, nestled between the olive groves and the oak woods of the countryside, the discreet hospitality of the ancient farmhouses in Val di Chio makes this an enchanting spot to stay. There a six apartments in this lovely old stone farmhouse complex. LA GUARDATA as a single unit can accomodate 8/10 persons or can be divided into two completely independent apartments. S. STEFANO - small country village dating back to the XVIIIth century - is composed of a spacious Farmhouse and an Old Granary, completely independent. Each property can be rented separetely ( 4 up to 12 persons ). The full village accomodates up to 16 persons. S. MARTINO - is located 8 km from Castiglion Fiorentino. From the main complex reception it is located 3 km away (of which 2.5 are on unpaved country road). The villa is situated on a hill 500 meters above sea level in an isolated position with a breathtaking panoramic view. The villa has been restored into a single unit on two floors. In addition, there is an independent quaint guestroom with bathroom. The villa accomodates 8+4. It has a swimming pool with an ample fenced garden and is sourrounded by an olive grove. These properties are let only on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday and price includes VAT, electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels and use of the swimming pool. Heating is available if needed on a pay-as-you-use basis. Babysitting can be arranged at 13 euros an hour, and dinner can be prepared for you and served in your own apartment at approximately 36 euros per person. The apartments have living room, dining room with fireplace, well equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge -- and depending on the apartment from one to four bedrooms and bathrooms.
