Cottage/Apartment/Villa Self Catering3 km. away from the house where Leonardo da Vinci was born, Le Due Querce farm extends over 60 hectares between vineyard, olive grove and wood in the Chianti area. There are eight self-catering apartments, which sleep from 4 to 6 people and prices include bed linen, heating, air conditioning, change of linen midweek, cleaning of apartment, wood for the open fire, use of swimming pool and barbecue, bicycles available, play area for children, fitness circuit through the wood. The apartments are beautifully decorated and are completely equipped for longer-term stays (minimum 7 night stay Saturday to Saturday). A welcome hamper with fresh Tuscan bread, salami, a bottle of extra virgin olive oil and 2 bottles of Chianti D.O.C.G. is included. Villa La Borghetta was a watchtower in the 14th century and it is now a delightful hotel with eighteen elegant guestrooms. The location is 32 km. from Tuscany, in the hills, and with lovely views.
Agroturismo Il Melograno is located in the soft rolling hills of southern Marche. The Agriturismo has five guestrooms (four double and one single) all skilfully restored while retaining many of the original features and character of a listed building built in the 18th century.
